Breanna Johnson

We were delighted to catch up with CBC Alumni Dancer, Breanna Johnson and learn more about her studies at Harvard. We are cheering for her continued success as she works to break new ground in the fight against cancer and other illnesses.
Breanna has called Cary Ballet Conservatory her home since the age of four and is so grateful for the confidence, poise, and discipline CBC instilled in her. She just graduated from Harvard University with a major in Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology and a minor in Global Health and Health Policy, and she is currently working at the UCSF Breast Care Center for a one-year research fellowship as she applies to medical school.
The skills CBC taught her have stayed with her as she has conducted research on therapies for Multiple Sclerosis, traveled to Europe and Asia to lead Model United Nations conferences, and explored different types of dance forms, such as modern, hip-hop and ballroom. Whether it was Beth's fun Friday classes, Suzanne's lessons on artistry, Anna's intense combinations, or Juliet's positive feedback, she always knows she has a home base to come back to.
Best of luck to you, Breanna. We are cheering for you from NC!
