CBC’s residence is located just down the road from the Conservatory, in a nearby apartment complex.. The residence consists of several apartments, each featuring two or three student  bedrooms, a living room, two student bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and more. Students who live in the residence share bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. All attempts will be made to limit bedrooms to two students however there may be an exception for a short time if we are waiting for a new apartment to become available.A one bedroom apartment will be utilized as a commons area for students to gather for meals and a place to come together.

The Residence Manager (RM) lives in a separate apartment and provides care, support, food, and some transportation. This program is intentionally small with selective chosen students. The RM keeps the line of communication open between the students, School Directors, and parents; and helps to provide a healthy, comfortable, and supportive living environment for all student residents. Residential students are provided with food to make daily breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks. Dinner will be served in the Commons apartment or RM’s apartment every weeknight with the possibility of alternative dining on weekends.

Residence is near by grocery store, La Farm, Restaurants and other amenities. Also, Cary is the safest city in America.
